The modulation of every preset seems to be baked into the parameters and any new ones you has gets stuck too. How does this thing work? Does anyone actually know how to use this? Seems everyone on youtube only know how to preview the presets.

ashlight has some advanced automation/modulation features. And it would be too much to describe here in all detail, just have a look at some pages and you will see a vertical line next to most parameters, and a letter or letters above. The letter is the source and the line sets the maximum influence. I would highly recommend you to have a look into the manual and play a bit around with that great instrument.
