I want to buy a 2nd hand s49 mk2 from a store but there is no transfer licence. Can I getyhis released at all?
Support can usually provide a licence if you have proof of purchase and the serial number, but it's not a guarantee. Does the store have a returns policy that would give you a couple of weeks returns window if you can't get a licence?
You will have to contact N.I. Support (all) for help , N.I. will then look into things and most likely attempt to contact the previous owner , if there is found no hindrance for transfer then N.I: Support will do it for you, but as Mykejb writes then you can not know result in advance , so you should make sure that you can return the keyboard of there is a problem with the transfer.
