I'm running into an annoying issue/bug on the 2.0 Firmware and Logic Pro 11 where my plugin windows open whenever I switch tracks, even if I uncheck the link button. this happens to my plugins hosted within KK and on standalone plugins as well. It's a really annoying behaviour having to uncheck the plugin window every time I'm switching tracks
-KK S61 mk3 latest firmware as of Aug 18
-Logic Pro 11.2.2
Macos Sequoia 15.6
-Mac studio m1 ultra
I've double checked and made sure "open plugin window on insertion" is unchecked in view settings. here's what happens step my step
1.
I click on the "Piano track" and the plugin opens up with the purple link button. checked on
2.
I click the link button off, even control clicking and setting the link button to "off"
3. I close out of the plugin window and select another track, in this case an empty audio track
4. I click back into the track with the plugin, and then the button is rechecked, and the plugin window is opening again! the behaviour almost feels as if the recent update to controlling standalone plugins is controlling this key command in my daw and it's really frustrating and getting in the way of my work.
I have to manually close the plugin window every time I switch tracks, which is very annoying.
I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on fixing this issue, if they are encountering this on their own end, and any things I can do to either change the behaviour, or disable plugin linking in a deeper way. Need help with this thanks.
