Sound Session String Pro

Hello, I'm having a problem: after installing the Session String Pro instrument in Kontakt 8 and Komplete Kontrol MK3, the instrument doesn't play when you tap it with the mouse to hear the sound you want. However, if you load it into the MK3 controller to play, it works fine. This only happens with that instrument.
The instrument in question is located on an external hard drive.
Kontakt 8 for Mac, Sequoia.

Ok I understand, you don't hear the preview samples. Now I'm confused as you mentioned that you only had this issue wirhth Session Strings Pro and here you show that you also have no sound on preview samples for Abbey Road Drummer, or is it that you hear no previews at all, on every product.

If it's only a few libraries where you have this issue, it could be that for a few older products you need to install the Preview Library in Native Access:

Check in your Native Access, if you see this, install it and let us know if previews are still missing.
