Kontakt Factory Selection 2 does not appear in Kontakt Library window

I've just bought a Maschine + and with it came lots of NI software available to download for my computer.

I installed Kontakt 6 player, the Factory Library Selections 1 and 2 and various other Kontakt instruments , such as 'The Gentleman'. Kontakt Factory Library Selection 2 , however, is not loading in the Kontakt library window . In Native Access, it says it is installed . I have tried re-downloading it and it has made no difference. It does not appear in the 'manage libraries' window either and that window suggests launching Native Access to locate or install libraries but, as I said, Native Access says it is installed.

I have contacted Native Instruments support regarding this issue but so far they have not offered any solution.

Any suggestions or solutions greatly appreciated

Kontakt Factory Selection 2 came out when Kontakt 7 was released and thus will only work in Kontakt 7 (or higher). Kontakt 7, however, won't run on your OS since it's an unsupported one.

Consider updating your OS if you can and there is nothing preventing you.
