DAW button inactive in Nuendo 13

Hello, after updating firmware on kk88 to 2.04 DAW control for Nuendo 13 is not accessible - Daw button not active, browser an plugin works. (Hardware Conn. Serv. has been installed before updating firmware)
Any idea to solve problem, please? or how to downgrade firmware.

@Janusz There is an issue for Windows users who cannot install Hardware Connection Service with Native Access 3.20.0 - The Native Access team is working on it.

In the meantime they can download and install the new version of the Hardware Connection Service (2.0.4) in the download manager:

@Janusz Sorry, an issue for Cubase Mac users has also been reported:

The Hardware Connection Service update in Native Access fails to install the Cubase scripts, but doesn't uninstall itself. Only affects Cubase users.

As @timrae_NI suggested, the solution is to install the Hardware Connection Service from the download manager.

HardWare Connection Service 2.0.5 is now available in Native Access and fixes all these issues.

It looks like they're using MacOS but I believe the solution is the same as the Windows users

Installed Hardware connection Service from https://www.native-instruments.com/account/downloads and DAW function work. however during kk s88 power on I've got message to upgrade H C Service, so I did it, and problem was back. conclusion: message should be disregarded, I believe bug will be fixed soon,
