since I'v updated nothing changed in cubase.
it says "no instrument/effect loaded" , even though do have plugins loaded.
in Logic Pro it works fine, so this seems to be cubase issue.

Check out the last few posts in this thread - it seems the Cubase update might need installing manually?

Thank you unfortunately it seems Native Access is having issues with the new Hardware Connection Service on Windows for some reason. Please manually install from your account page until we can get the problem resolved:

Also make sure you're updated to the latest version of Cubase 13 / 14.

The Hardware Connection Service update in Native Access fails to install the Cubase scripts, but doesn't uninstall itself. Only affects Cubase users.
SOLUTION
While we are working on fixing, you can download and install the new version of the Hardware Connection Service (2.0.4) in your download Manager and this will fix the issue:
