Serialnumber always appears - Hardware Connection Service can´t be installed

Hi,

on my Kontrol S49 mk3 is always shown the serial number, even if i enter it in native access.

And in Native Access, the Hardware Connection Service i am not able to install it. It shows after downloading and installed, the message appears: installed. But thats not true. There is still the button "Install".

Anyone any idea?

Thank you unfortunately it seems Native Access is having issues with the new Hardware Connection Service on Windows for some reason. Please manually install from your account page until we can get the problem resolved:
