Upgrade to komplete standard 15

I purchased upgrade from kontakt 7 to 8. I did not know that if I had upgraded my komplete standard 14 to 15 that kontakt 8 was included. The cost to upgrade to standard 15 is $199, but I've already paid $99 to upgrade to kontakt 8. Is there any way I can have my $99 refunded, and pay $199? Otherwise, I would essentially be buying kontakt 8 twice. I don't think that it would be fair. I'd be paying almost $300 for kontakt 8 and komplete standard 15, instead of $199. Can I please get some help with this issue? Thank you.

Only NI Sales support can assist with this.

The fact that you bought something without doing the proper pre-sale research usually does not qualify for a refund - but you might be able to convince support to help you out.

Log into your NI account and then start a ticket in the chatbot.
