I purchased a Komplete Kontrol A49 and it arrived today, August 10, 2025. The box says that MASHINE ESSENTIALS, REAKTOR PRISM, and MONARK are included (image attached). However, when I access Native Access, they don't appear. Am I doing something wrong?
