Calling all sound designers and synth patchers!
As we ramp up development on new synths, we want to spotlight those who push modulation to the limit and design fresh, original sounds. The Massive X User Library is now open for submissions. If your preset blows us away, you could score some serious rewards — including a free license to our upcoming synth on the day it launches.
(We’re sworn to secrecy… but this mystery new synth? Let’s just say it's been heavily requested, packs serious power, and is still deep under wraps.)

• Invite to an exclusive livestream with music journalists, artists, and our engineers at the end of September to see unreleased software/hardware before anyone else.

What we’re looking for
Our synth and community teams will select the winners based on the criteria below.
• Sound quality: Clean, balanced, and free of unwanted artifacts.
• Originality: Not just a slight tweak of a factory preset.
• Technical execution: Makes full use of the synth’s engine (LFOs, envelopes, effects, modulation, etc.).
• Macro controls: Mapped for playability and fun to tweak without breaking the sound.
• Demo track musicality: Showcase the preset’s potential in context and highlights its vibe.
Winner announcements
• Gold package winners will be contacted privately on September 10, 2025
• Silver Package winners on September 30, 2025
• Bronze Package winners will be notified on a rolling basis throughout the year
The Massive X User Library will remain open as a permanent space for preset sharing, so even if you're not submitting for this round of prizes, you're always welcome to contribute!
