Can't activate Massive X Player (macOS)

I am having trouble activating the Massive X Player. When I instantiate the Massive X Plugin, it asks for demo, buy, or activate. I click activate, which shows massive X Player as installed, and serial number as accepted. There is no "demo" label. But the Massive X Plugin stays in demo mode even after restarting the DAW and rebooting the system.

This occurs over different DAWs, including ProTools (25.6) and Ableton (11)

2013 Mac Pro (Intel), macOS 12.6.7

Any advice?

The system requirement for Massive X Player is MacOS 13 or higher, so that might be the problem.

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Have you given ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon full disk access ? : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

It works on my M1 Max running macOS 15, so I can confirm that it is the compatibility issue.
