I cannot find the purchased product ( KOMPLETE 15 COLLECTORS EDITION)
in the library even though I purchased it. I have a new version of Native Access installed. I have Kontrol S61.
First check the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page to see that the Bundle is registered on the page.
Then make sure that you are logged into the same account in latest version of Native Access for your OS
Then while the bundle shows by bundle name on account page then it does not show by bundle name in Native Access. In Native Access then bundles only show as the content of the bundle.
If bundle shows on account page and you are logged into the same account in latest version of Native Access for your OS and content does not show then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here :My Product is Missing in Native Access.
