Why Can't I Use The Browser On The A61

I am new to MIDI controllers. I think I have everything configured correctly. I am in stand-alone working through the Komplete Kontrol software. The 'Browser' button is Dim on the keyboard and I am unable to use the knob to browse my library. I am able to select instruments within the software and I'm able to adjust the parameters via the keyboard. Very frustrated. Thanks for any help.

Have you done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I.apps must be added to the Local Network (Ref.: How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)

I think I have everything configured correctly.

Please post a screenshot of your Midi and audio settings in Komplete Kontrol app for people to take a look.
