How to load MIDI templates to Komplete Kontrol M32?

I am trying to load templates I have created in Komplete Kontrol to my Komplete Kontrol M32. I have created new templates in Komplete Kontrol, changed their names and adjusted parameters (e.g. names of virtual knobs). However, when I go to the Komplete Kontrol and select MIDI mode, there is still only one template available (Template 1). I have tried this on my laptop (Windows 11) and desktop (Windows 10), but it doesn't seem to work on either. Am I doing something wrong?

OK, I still don't understand what's going on, but when I plugged the KK M32 into my desktop this evening and was in Cubase the 2 templates I created yesterday appeared on the controller.
