Despite ****** AI indicating otherwise. .
A quick Google tells me that's Kontakt functionality, not Maschine.

I figured it was something like that. I did a search for "Cycle" "Random" and "Cycle Random" in the M+ manual and found nothing like this. Ai = making guesses and presenting it as fact. . .
you can try with external MIDI controller by using Program Change on the dedicated channel on M+ Standalone mode.
i record Program Change on the MIDI chanel Channel 1 and it's stays, the results are fast changing sounds from All Reaktor synths and Do something like me just for a sake of showing the capabilities.
This ☝️😃🤳 is One Massive 3 different OSC sounds morphing following MIDI Channel that is trigger the Lock States.
This is just a sketch, beginning but it's very useful way for saving CPU.
Program change will be great for fast transitions to the other sounds making them playing the way you recorded.
And there's my favorite because I choose samples and one Shots and I have more control over rivers of ever-changing sounds is passing.
AI LLMS often hallucinate, it's a thing and why one can't blindy trust them for anything, you have to click the sources it provides and verify.

If your question is about sample cycling of any kind (random or sequencial) on the Sampler then no, theres no such thing in Maschine — There can be all sorts of workarounds to achieve something similar but never trully random…
For example you can map several samples to Sampler Zones tied to eclusive velocity ranges then randomize the velocity of a Pad.
