new Native Access version doesn't accept my password

Hello,

I opened Native Access to see why Guitar Rig 5 was running in "Demo" mode, and it asked to install the Native Access upgrade to gain access.

Once installed and opened, it asked me for my password to "make some changes," but my password is not accepted.

Tried following the following instructions provided by the chat but it didn't work

For the 'Unable to log in' error on Native Access (macOS), please:

Delete Native Access from Applications and NTK from Library > Application Support > Native Instruments.
Restart your computer.
Download and install the latest Native Access version.
Try logging in again.
If issues persist, temporarily disable any VPN service.

So now I can no longer open Native Access. What can I do?

It's not Native Access asking, it's your OS - and it expects your computer admin password, not your Native Instruments login.

Hello,

yesterday I probably wasn't fully awake when I failed to realize that the window asking for my password was the usual one that opens on a Mac when installing something or when a software asks for permission to make changes.

Yesterday I reinstalled the system on a new computer and I can't log into Native Access, I can log into the account on the site, but I noticed that it's also impossible to log in to Arturia's manager. What's going on with your merger and what caused such a mess?
