Why is my kontakt showing demo?

My Kontakt is player version

But the library I'm using is the standard version.

When I import the library into Kontakt, it shows the demo.

I've tried everything I can.

if you open native access I guess Komplete factory selection 2 shows there as demo. Then maybe this helps:

Yes, I can confirm that I am using the correct version

The library in my native access doesn't have a cover

Could it have something to do with this?
