Guitar Rig 6 or 7 both stall abruptly during recording, which is especially stressful when wearing headphones! There is a brief surge in volume, the recording just halts. My Logic Pro software doesn't crash, just freezes for a few seconds. It generally happens once during a session. It frightens the life out of me!
I've looked in Logic's buffer size settings (set to 128). I get a sense the problem might be related to the v6 and v7 compressors in GRPRO? Or might it be a buffering issue? Are there any GRPRO settings I can adjust?
I've switched back to Guitar Rig 5, which doesn't have any issues like this at all, hence why I'm posting this query.
