Session Horns Pro Sound Variations in Studio One

Sorry — I believe the "Sound Variations" thing is just their name for articulations, but maybe I need an Studio One wizard here. . .

Can someone please tell me the secret to adding an articulation/sound variation to the ones already set up in my DAW (see screenshot)? The variation I want to add is one that's built in to Session Horns Pro. It's called "PoPiCre 4Beat" and I can access it the normal way, but I'm not a keyboard player and hitting the keyswitches while recording live is above my pay grade. The keyswitch is A-1, but when I add it and apply it in the piano roll, it has no effect. The other articulations work, but they are from a file I downloaded and I have not been able to figure out how to add to it.

I should add that I'm using the Kontakt Player and Studio One Pro 7.2 on a PC.

Many thanks if you can help me here.

    Hello,

you can use the 9th trigger note G#-1, you select the articulation in the keyswitches area on that slot (9) and right from it, where the note is entered that triggers that articulation, the trigger note should be set correctly to G#-1 automatically, and it should all work

So the trigger notes are normally the same 9 notes, you just set the articulations within kontakt, then those 9 notes will trigger them

Thanks, Uwe! I think you're right and I have high hopes for this solution. Where I went wrong was I added a tenth articulation. I don't see it anywhere in the docs, but I'll bet I'm only allowed to use nine articulations even though there are 17 of them. Can't get back to the studio for a couple of days, but I'm sure this will work.
