Struggling to understand how to use Electric Mint phrase feature

I have all the Session Guitar instruments, and I use their Auto-Chord feature a lot. I use keyswitches to play chord changes with particular patterns for however many bars I need by entering MIDI notes in my DAW's piano roll.

Elec. Mint doesn''t have this. Instead, it has the drag-drop phrase feature. But in constructing a song, I'm having trouble getting my head around how it works. Is it just, pick a phrase, set the chord, then drag it into the MIDI lane to trigger the instrument? If I need X number of bars of that phrase-chord combination, it seems like most of the work is done in the DAW editing whatever Elec. Mint gives me for how many bars a phrase-chord combo should play. Am I missing something?

All I can figure out is set the phrase-chord combination drag to DAW midi channel; choose a new phrase (or leave as is) change the chord and drag it out to DAW midi channel. Then rinse/repeat, rinse/repeat, over and over and over. This can't be right?

I've seen general Elec. Mint vids on YT, but none really deep dive into the phrase feature. Can anyone point me to good tutorial videos on how to use the phrase feature? Thanks.
