Will my keyboard be compatible ?

Hello All,

I've this keyboard KOMPLETE KONTROL S49 HW ( I bought it in 2017).

My Mac mini M1 uses Ventura OS. And i've Komplete 11 Ultimate

If I buy the update to komplete 15" will the keyboard be compatible?

That would be most likely a MKI series Komplete Series.

And that would mean if you are using your NI products with the Komplete Kontrol Software - you must be using KK v2.9.6

Many users in here have moved to Komplerte 15 and are still using the MK1/MKII keyboards.

Should not be a problem.

Just to be, sure the vst will be well connected to the keyboard, midi mapping, visualization of the settings on the keyboard screen ?

Its a S SERIES MK 1

The S-Series MK1 is compatible with Ventura OS , so then as already pointed out by VocalPoint then the keyboard will work as long as you stick with Komplete Kontrol 2.9.6 for mac (Reference please see below here.).

Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS

The S-Series MK1 keyboards has been declared EOL by Native Instruments which means that S88 MK1is not supported by the newer versions of Komplete Kontrol. Please see this post for explanation.
