Greetings from the Caribbean. Are their any horn rise and falls in Kontakt similar to Reason? If not, are their any samples I can buy with those types of horns?

I don't know about that sound in reason but session horns (pro) can do that:
If I'm back home I can also have a second look into the libraries and maybe find something else maybe even on the kontakt factory library.
