komplete kontrol mk 32, when turning on the keyboard, it turns off by itself

Komplete Kontrol MK 32: When I turn on the keyboard, it shuts off by itself. After trying several times, I get a message that I need to update the firewall.
I update it, but it keeps doing the same thing, shutting down when it's starting up.
Sequoia 15.5, Mac Studio M4
What can I do to solve this problem?
