A61 not interacting with Software

USB connection has been verified.
Windows 11
Komplete Kontrol Version 3.5.0
Issue: The A61 is not interacting with Komplete Kontrol or Kontact.
note… In Kontact I cannot access controller. See image.

    The A61 doesn't have direct Kontakt integration, that's only available with the MK3 S series keyboards. That's why you don't see the option to select a controller. You should be able to enable it as a MIDI input device in the Kontakt MIDI preferences but it only acts as a basic keyboard.

    In Komplete Kontrol does the A61 work with the browsing functions? If it's working with the browser but doesn't work when you play the keys, again check the MIDI preferences in KK and make sure that the A61 is enabled for input.
