Any Success connecting Sibelius and Kontakt"?

I know how it SHOULD work but it DOESN'T work! Are the instruments in a Multi automatically assigned MIDI channels 1-n? That seems to be how it works in the best video I've found on the subject. But I get sound (and the wrong sound) from only Ch1, and silence from the others.

Thanks. "Abandon all hope ye who enter here" —- should be the statement at the top of the Sibelius reference document. And so I have done. I don't have the time to figure out arcane programming puzzles. Been there, done that.
