Can you tell us what you mean by noise? A one-off noise as the GUI opens, or a continuous nouse while the UI is opened? Or something different. A description of the noise would help too.
It's a continuous noise while the UI is opened. It sounds like a white noise. Attached you will find a screenshot of an EQ (with +24 dB) I put post fader of the iZotope Tonal Balance Control plugin to show you the frequency spectrum of that noise.
