Hi, I've uninstalled Kontakt 7 from my Mac but Native Access wants repair it

why?

I've purchased Kontakt 8 and I don't need use Kontakt 7 anymore

anyone can help me to stop Native Access still show me Kontakt 7 needs to be repaired?

There are some K7 leftover files in your system which make NA „think” that K7 installation is broken and needs to be repaired.

Native Access at present does not give the user any choice of hiding individual apps other than by removing from account. But you might be able to get the app to show as uninstalled if you remove the remnants of the app from the OS :

Thanks but I've just do it all the things suggested in these articles and in the video,

but the results are always the same, Native Access doesn't accept the uninstallation of Kontakt 7.

according to Native Access, Kontakt 7 is not uninstalled but needs to be repaired.

I've tried to search these leftover files, having already followed the normal uninstallation procedure but unfortunately I have not been able to locate any other files that reference to Kontakt 7, so Native Access still "thinking" the installation is broken…anyway thanks for helping me…

I've found the leftover files on my Mac, and now all working properly, thanks to all for helping me, I appreciate very much.
