Absolutely nothing to do with browser, cookies etc. etc.
I'm almost sure that you are using an ad-blocker…
if that's the case, disable it for the NI website (at least temporarily), and try again.
I clearly wrote : could also be a question about browser settings or plugins (that is best checked by trying another browser) .
I am not questioning your 'fault finding method' , to each his own , however my experience is that people tend to both add extensions as well as tweak their security settings all in one mix and then forget the impact that it might have and one can not be sure that there is not some other tweak that people has forgotten about.
So my own personal attitude is that the most simply and fool proof way is to try another browser not used before and with no extensions and all cookies accepted. That way one gets around both security settings issues as well as plugin issues (and cookie issues for that matter).
While what I suggests can easily be misunderstood as I am blaming the 'browser' then that is not necessarily so though of course I do only recommend the browsers that I generally find the ones having greatest chance of working correctly.

Good sale, as always. I would upgrade my Komplete Standard, if there was anything in K15, which would interest me more. Probably will wait what K16 or K17 will bring. (Massive X version 2, please. 😉)

I have manage to find solution to the problem.
(There was no help from support since yesterday, despite tickets).I have tested this on several browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Firefox) on 2 machines and a mobile (with some browsers were new installed), and problem still occurred. I am software dev. so I know the drill with cache, cookies and such. I was quite sure that It has something to do with either my account or my cart since only common thing was me being logged in and using same cart.
And it was indeed cart. When I removed bundled item "italo-disco-bundle" and added all items separately, it went through. So it was either problem with this item, or configuration of items (I bought also komplete 15 U update) or problem with this 10% voucher I used as well.
Anyhow - it is solved now, and I am happy owner of komplete 15 U, and some other goodies.

Yes , cart item problems do occur from time to time and even site problems also from time to time. But since we neither have any system access nor are we privy to any real time site info other than own tests then our only real options are limited. We usually test with cart items if we know what they are and have an item list and since problems most often are not transparent then testing using another browser is also on the list.

Question about a previous purchase.
I have Komplete 15 Collector's Edition and when I look at Upgrades Available I see an update for $250. Is there a way to see what is missing from what I purchased back on 9/2024 (K15 CE) to the current stuff. For some reason in my mind I only thought updates were available during numerical releases (ie 14 to 15). In the past I seemed to always wait until next numerical edition.

The Komplete (15) Collector's Edition it self remains the same between 'numerical editions'. In between there might be shop offers where extra goodies are bundled with a purchase of the bundle but that has nothing to do with update/upgrade offers. If you see an update for $250 then that most likely is because you have a not yet used update/upgrade path.
As far as I know then nothing should be missing since nothing has been added to the bundle itself since your purchase.

There's not been an update to K15CE, so the available update almost certainly doesn't apply. It's most likely the web site logic offering you an upgrade from the older version which you don't need.

Plugin Alliance sale has now started too.
From my quick browsing session the deals are not that exciting though. Many of the discounts are the same as any other day. Not a great sale.

Could somebody from NI fix the link to the Evolution Mega bundle? It leads to the wrong product (phoenix) - it seems that the URL is wrong….
