If, as I suppose from what you wrote, you bought a second hand keyboard and previous owner didn’t make the license transfer, contact support explaining them the situation.

They can help you bypassing previous owner and releasing the keyboard serial number so that you can follow what victorp.sg told you.

Did you enter your Kontrol Keyboard hardware serial number into Native Access? This is used to register your Kontrol Keyboard to your NI user account as well as register and activate the Komplete 15 Select software bundle.
