Changing acapella's BPM in Logic Pro

Greetings,

I have a beat (125,9999) and an acapella (87,4). How I can change acapella's BPM to 125,9999 in Logic Pro 11?

I found tutorials on YouTube (using Flex Time), but when I follow it doesn't change the tempo of acapella. May be I do something wrong, may be the tutorial is outdated. Would you please explain how to do it or may be give a link to a proper tutorial? Thanks in advance.
