Sound Cut Out

It looks like there is a consistant problem with sound cut out after useing the s4 mk3. I have done and checked everthing,replaced all connections,purchased a dedicated lap top PC. Ive tried it all In my humble opinion ,it's a software compatibility issue. I at first had a problem with latency and my s4 slowing down but have finally resolved it with a dedicated ,new PC. However the sound cut out still persists. My s4mk2 works fine with traktor 2 and 3. Is there anything I can try or do? Thank you for your time.

Hi ,I am using the standard drivers that come with Tracktor Pro Software. As for the settings Ive tried them all/different buffer sizes you name it i've tried it. When I hook my MK2 up everything works fine but as soon as I hook up my new s4 MK3 it begins to slow down in responses then it sound drops completely.

Ive read all the comments on the NI's forum and it seems like this is a real problem. There are many that are having the same problems. Ive tried it all, new cables even a new lap top nothing works.

It was so embarrasing performing then my controller starts slowing down then finally sound drops off.

Does any one know?? Is it a hardware issue? because it seem like is a hardware issue. Ive been going through this for 4-5 months. Please can anyone help? Thank You
