Kontakt 8 doesn't install keeps going to queued

I have plenty of storage in my external where I have installed Kontakt 7 and installed it with no issues. Any ideas why it is constantly going to queued?

    Hello,

    have you tried to clean the download folder, where native access downloads the iso/installation files.

    Uwe , are you speaking of the download folder in the computer or native itself?

    if you look into the native access settings you should find the path I mean
