Scratch Control (Timecode) doesn't work on the newest Apple Sillicon with Traktor Kontrol S8

Hello everyone,
I recently got myself a new laptop (Apple MBP M4 Pro) because my old laptop (Apple Intel MBP 2015) was more than doing its job.
I have reinstalled all programs (Maschine 2 and Traktor Pro 3; both latest versions) via Native Access. So far, all programs are working perfectly.
However, I have a problem with the Scratch Control (Timecode). This does not work on the new device. The two symbols for Scratch Control next to the Play button are also not active (??). Below the calibration scope, it should also show the correct vinyl (Vinyl MK2 (10m)), but it only says “Waiting”...
I have set everything correctly on the hardware side and also (I hope) on the software side. I also ran the "Setup Wizard", but it still doesn't work…

I have already tried all of this (everything works perfectly on the old laptop, so this is not a possible source of error):

The controller firmware is up to date
tried various USB hubs
tried different USB cables
tried another Traktor Scratch Vinyl (almost unused)
tried different cartridges (currently I use the Ortofon Concorde Digital MKII)

I'll add a few screenshots of my settings.
Does anyone have any ideas?

EDIT: Yes, I could upgrade to Traktor Pro 4, but Traktor Pro 3 is still sufficient for my purposes. And it still works perfectly on the older laptop. As far as I remember, all scratch functions are automatically integrated (since Traktor Pro 3).

Does Traktor have access to the microphone in Privacy and Security? If not that might be blocking the input signals as it controls audio input, not just the microphone.

If that's already enabled you could try the trial of TP4 just to see if that works. You can download it from here - https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/traktor/dj-software/traktor-pro-4/free-trial/

Yes, you're right. Seems like that was the problem.

I enabled Traktor in the Microfone Security Settings and now the Scratch Control works perfectly fine in Traktor Pro 3.

I also installed and tried this the Trial Version of Traktor Pro 4. Therefore, it also worked. It was already enabled in the Security-Settings maybe due to the installed Version of Traktor Pro 3).
