Reverb Presets Missing After Reinstall Of Kontakt

I just reinstalled Kontakt, the VST3 version. I always disable the convo reverb and put in algo reverb on aux. 1. But when I go to load a preset, there aren't any. It's greyed-out. Both the Factory and User Presets are greyed-out.

Kontakt version is 6.7, vst3.

    Oh it might totally be because you're using Linux, if some paths aren't being sandboxed correctly...

    Well, the weird thing is, even though the word "Factory" is greyed-out (like "user" is on your insert), the reverb is still there and working. I just figured that out.

    I'm wondering if this might be a glitch related to my using Linux. Everything else is fine though, so I'm not sure that is the reason. However, as long as it's working, I'm calling it good.
