Volume on track quieter on reload

I am using Mixcraft 10.6, and the issue is with Massive X.

Some presets, like Barely Dead - when I close the project, and reload it, the volume will be drastically reduced. The Mixcraft volume is still set the same, but it will play like it is practically muted. The only fix is to go into Massive X, select a different preset, then go back to the affected preset, and volume is fixed again.

Sometimes this problem will happen when clicking between tracks - not always, but sometimes click another track, click back to Massive X track, volume is massively reduced.

Also, I noticed that when loading this project that is using Massive X (the only one so far), it has a tendency to crash when trying to load.

I would submit an official support ticket, but when I click "log in to contact us", it simply reloads the page.

    Is it happening all the time, in any project?

    Can you reproduce the issue in a blank/empty project? Is there any automation going on somewhere in the project that could affect this? Any MIDI assignment, using any MIDI controller?

    The frequent crashing on load seems to be exclusive to the one project, so I can export the MIDI to a new project.

    The volume of some presets changing is not project exclusive. I can create a new project, enter some MIDI data with the Barely Dead preset of Massive X running, save the project, close Mixcraft, reopen the project, and the volume will be about 10% until I switch it to another preset.

    I did end up getting a support ticket through, I had to use a different browser. I haven't heard back on that yet though. But fine if you'd rather have me troubleshoot with them.
