some how i'm in demo mode which i never entered. How do i get out of it please ?
Are they listed as demo also in Native Access?

you are stuck in what demo ? and download of what demo sounds ?
On what OS ? in what app or what hardware ? A screenshot of a problem would probably help a lot.
