My S4 MK3 won't turn on (power issue)

It was working until yesterday…

When I connect the power and turn it on by pressing the button, nothing happens. Literally nothing.

Yes, I've tried different outlet, and I know for a fact that the adapter works because I tried plugging it into my MIDI keyboard and it works fine. So I know it's an issue with Kontrol.

Fortunately it's been only about eight months since I got it and is hopefully covered by the warranty.

Does anybody know how to file a warranty claim, if such a thing exists?
