Komplete Kontrol MK3 DAW integration issue (Pro Tools)

Hi! I'm having issue with my Komplete Kontrol MK3 integration to Pro Tools. It' working as MIDI controller, but when I'm selecting Komplete Kontrol in MIDI controllers in Peripherals menu, it doesn't automatically give me Send and insert as it should. Instead i can only choose "emulated" option. But i can't control my DAW. Befor I buyed MK3 I had MK2 and everything worked perfectly. Please help!

maybe your pro tools version is not 2023.12 or higher?
