Komplete Kontrol MK3 DAW integration issue (Pro Tools)

Hi! I'm having issue with my Komplete Kontrol MK3 integration to Pro Tools. It' working as MIDI controller, but when I'm selecting Komplete Kontrol in MIDI controllers in Peripherals menu, it doesn't automatically give me Send and insert as it should. Instead i can only choose "emulated" option. But i can't control my DAW. Befor I buyed MK3 I had MK2 and everything worked perfectly. Please help!

maybe your pro tools version is not 2023.12 or higher?

Hello, thank You for your answer. I have the latest version of Pro Tools and I tried many ways mentioned in topics of this forum, but nothing works.

In some cases, if I remember correctly, it can help to reset pro tools settings. Have you tried the keyboard with komplete kontrol stand alone and do you see all 3 midi in and output ports in the settings.

Yes, I have all 3 MIDI ins and outs active. When I set MIDI 2 I can control my DAW but can't browse instruments. When it's set to "none" I have access to browser and plug-ins. And yes, I tried reset Pro Tools settings, doesn't help

@GrezegorzMazon Please make sure to set your keyboard to MIDI 1.0, Pro tools does not support MIDI 2.0. How to Switch a Kontrol S-Series MK3 Keyboard to MIDI 1.0

Also make sure that both Komplete Kontrol and Pro Tools run as admin: How to Run a Program as an Administrator

Also make sure that you have updated the keyboard's firmware and installed all the latest versions of:

I made all of these steps, and unfortunately nothing has changed. I don't know where is the problem. Ewerything worked with my MK2 and the only thing I changed in my setup is the keyboard.
