Session Percussionist MIDI Recording

I'm using Session Percussionist (SP) inside Cakewalk SONAR Platinum with Kontakt 7.

I ran SP and recorded the MIDI output for editing. Everything is fine except that the MIDI output is in an extremely high octave, C10 and above. Cakewalk won’t let me edit notes that high. I have tried transposing the output downwards, but it still doesn't work. I think SP may be outputting notes in C11 or higher and Cakewalk is ignoring them.

To play the various instrument hits on the keyboard, the notes are in a much lower range- from C1 to C5.  Why is SP sending out such high MIDI notes? Is there any way to get it to output MIDI in the same range used to play the instruments on the keyboard?

@Jeremy_NI In March 2024 in reply to another post, you said:

"Since there is no drag and drop, you can simply play and record the patterns you have programmed or loaded and assigned to the keyswitches with your keyboard or draw the notes in your DAW."

However, as you can see from my post above earlier today, this doesn't work (for me anyway). I just get MIDI notes in C10 and probably C11 and I can't edit them.

    Can you advise? Thanks
