The Grandeur VST plugin: Presets do not load.

When I load The Grandeur, it only plays the first preset. As soon as I select a different preset or, for example, want to select a different reverb in the first preset, the DAW (Nuendo) crashes.

I have read on the internet that others have the same problem. The problem has been going on for a while. Is there already a solution? All VSTs here are up to date. Or do you get a discount for this? Because you have paid for it but can't use it.

    The first thing I'd check are the version numbers and if they're consistent and appropriate for the plugin, the DAW and Kontakt. Without knowing that the versions line up and are compatible, you're just spinning your wheels. For example, I'm on Kontakt 8, ver 8.3.0 with Grandeur ver 1.2.0 on Ableton Live ver 11.3.41 and everything works fine. All are the most current releases other than Ableton with has one additional patch available right now that came out on Monday.

    In my case it is Kontakt 8.3.0, Nuendo 10.3.10, The Grandeur 1.2.0. The curious thing is that it is the only one VST with that problem. I just noticed that others have the same problem.
