[SOLVED] Looks like something went wrong.

Plugged my Kontrol MK3 in and I'm getting a message "Looks like something went wrong. Please rerun the update on your computer"

I download the latest updater:

Says that the updater is running 1.9.4 and my keyboard is running 0.0.1

I click update and it just sits, does nothing and t hen tells me the update fails and to try again.

Anyone have any ideas?

I haven't contacted support yet. I'm pretty sure they're going to take days/weeks to answer, and then they're going to give me a garbage unsatisfactory answer, like they didn't even try.

OK i kept on tryin to run and rerun the update and it was finally successful, but now I get a message saying "You're low on power"

I'm using the same connection I've always used…. Anyone ever experience this?

    I just kept repeating until all of the issues went away.

    I wonder WTH that was about….
