my KK A61 does not show up in my mac.
i did everything suggested from NI with no success. trying to check the firmware with KKA firmware updater leads to this dialog.
my KK is connected via usb and says "Template1 - MIDI Mode".
rescan does not change the situation.
anything else i can do?
Check if NIHardwareAgent is running in background (point 5 of this support article):
