My Komplete Kontrol S25 doesn't sync anymore with my mascine mk3. Someone have a solution ? I don't see the midi output of the s25 keyboard in the preference of mascine mk3

in some cases it helped to install bimes midi sdk, native uses it for the midi ports to the daws and programs from the keyboard, on the bottom of that page:

Hi, thanks for the information.

I already had this plugin but it wasn't up to date. So I reinstalled it several times and after the 4th time and reinstalling komplete kontrol I can now see my midi devices but I can't select any of them. Not even from maschine mk3.

Which version of Maschine software are you using ? 2 or 3?

Komplete Kontrol MK1 version has no compatibility with Maschine 3 (software… MK3 is the controller and has nothing to do with this) that I’m aware of.

I've got maschine mk3 on software 2 and it worked very well before. I can see all my midi devices but i can't select any of them.

You have to set them on the input page but output should also work to activate

A fast and easy first step you can make to rule out things is checking in Task Manager if NativeHardwareAgent is running (point 4 of this support article):

@PEN FRANCOIS S25 is considered like a MK1 keyboard and has been EOL: Notes on Ending Software Support for Komplete Kontrol S-Series MK1 Keyboards

What version of Maschine are you using? Maschine 3 does not support mk1 keyboards.

Well, @PEN FRANCOIS if you are still using Maschine 2 and want to use your S25 with it, you should install Komplete Kontrol 2.9.6. You will find the installer in my previous comment.

Is that the case? In order to use MK1 with Maschine, KK must even be installed?

Does Maschine use KK to load Kontakt libraries? Isn’t NKS “baked” in Maschine itself?

I never even thought this is how it worked, since KK can’t even be loaded in Maschine (while Kontakt can)

It's not about NKS, it's about the communication between the keyboard and the computer, as well as the right version of Controller Editor being installed. Maschine does not load Komplete Kontrol for Kontakt libraries, it loads Kontakt.

i'm using Maschine 2 and use my S25 with it. i've installed the older version of Komplete Kontrol 2.9.6 but it still doesn't work. It worked very well a few months ago.

Is the keyboard recognized by your computer? Can you open the Komplete Kontrol standalone application, is everything working with the keyboard?
