How to cure Native instruments locking when in Studio One

In Studio One clicking on a kontakt 8 program like Vintage Guitar it will lock if I choose a different style in Vintage Guitar…. If it doesn't lock it takes 2 to 5 minutes to load. any answers

    Without knowing what version of Studio One, what version of Kontakt, and what OS you are using makes this difficult to troubleshoot.
