Hi ya,

Does Kontakt 7 work on High Sierra Mac OS?

If not, how do I update my Kontakt to the most up to date possible version I can use on High Sierra?

There is no Kontakt 7 (yet, at least). I assume you meant Kontakt 6.7.0. And for that one you need Mojave at least. Native Access will already serve you the last possible version you can run on High Sierra (which is 6.6.1).
