Why is maschine 3 not showing kontakt 8?
It works with maschine 2
It shows for me . (though I am not sure if it can actually open the plugin itself there)
Try solution "Reset the Maschine Database and Favorite" here : Maschine Error: "Missing Plug-ins. The following Plug-ins could not be loaded"
