Improve third party preset "syncing" from third party preset expansions

When using Arturia Analog Lab, when I buy a new synth preset pack, the sounds are not visible in Komplete Kontrol.

This is understandably a third part developer issue (they need to make sure products are indexed properly) but it tbh should not be an issue.

NI needs to work with third party developers on managing expansions installation with proper indexing in Komplete Kontrol. If there are any barriers to this issue, fix it.

The sound packs don't include the NKS files, that's why they're not showing in KK. The official Arturia line is "you can still open the presets inside your Komplete Kontrol software and then save them as NKS files yourself"

If there are barrier why for instance Arturia do not add expansion NKS files I would suggest NI to address it, because it undermines the entire purpose of indexing and finding sounds and using NKS with Kontakt and Komplete Kontrol.

I have suggested that to Arturia myself, they do not seem to want to for some reason. Nothing NI can do about it. In the end I converted all my add-on banks myself

It might be because it'd affect sales of their own Keylab controller?

I don't see there's a barrier anywhere as they provide NKS for all the factory libraries. Probably there's just too much work for the additional sales it might attract. Or they want people to buy the Keylab rather than third party keyboard.

Terrible practice if true. I love Analog Labs for audition sounds, but I want the flexibility to use Arturia synths with NKS and the Komplete Kontrol Plugin and that means expecting proper preset indexing on expansions too.

Interesting sidenote Arturia still dont have NKS third party support with Komplete Kontrol - only Nektar, AKAI, Novation etc. IMO Arturia do not have a super complete sample+synth suite to warrant a walled garden on the Keylab eco system with their own control standard - they should work on NKS support.

Maybe we could see better expansion support with NKS if we see Keylab finally working with Komplete Kontrol, similar to AKAI and the others.

Having an optional third party expansion shop link within Komplete Kontrol could remedy Arturia's need for us to use Analog lab more than needed - but tbh it annoys the hell out of me having a bunch of 1st and 3rd party shop links as a priority over other features on a plugin (look at Kontakt 8).

Starting now maybe takes time. But adding NKS on like 36 presets on release day should not be such a burden.

It feels like a miscalculation, having NKS on expansions is a feature. I feel less inclined to purchase Arturia synth preset expansions with this missing.
