Can't return broken under warranty hardware

Hi

So I bought a Z1 Mk2 controller from a local, reputable music shop in Brighton in December (Guitar, Amp & Keyboard, or GAK) and I noticed 10 days ago that there was what looks like a capacitor rolling around in the bottom when I went to play it.
I contacted GAK and asked to return it under manufacturer warranty so it can be repaired or replaced and after initially responding they've gone out of business and closed. I now have a broken, 3 month old Z1 Mk2 and can't get it replaced. I've looked on Native Instruments site and can't find a way to contact them to see if I could send it to them directly but can't see anything.
Anyone have any suggestions or ways I can find help with this please?

As long as the product is registered to your NI account - pretty sure that NI can look into it for you.

You can log a ticket in the Support area.
