Komplete kontrol sotware crashes

Software stock loading gui, after komplete 15 ultimate update...If i try open it in cubase 14 pro, the daw, crash.. ..I have try the recomended steps by NI in the web, but nothing since to work...

I dont know what else i can do to solve this issue...

    What OS and what version?

    Which DAW and what version?

    What version of Native Access?

    I don't know what "Software stock loading gui" means. You will have to explain this better.

    I don't know what "trying the recommended steps by NI in the web" means either. Please list the "recommended steps" you tried.

    So your profile shows you are using an MK2 on Windows 11

    It may be less headache to simply uninstall the latest V3 of KK (which people seem to be having issues of varying degrees currently) and reinstall V2.9 of KK which likely will not have any issues. There is little benefit at the moment with V3 and if it causes issues, i'd just go back to the last stable version which you can download from this post:
